There is a persistent belief (assumed to be true, even by prominent bloggers) repeated over and over again as if it's fact - but, it's not. In fact, this belief is sometimes used as a "logical" excuse for the author to include anything in their diet, and their diet recommendations, the author doesn't want to stop eating. I want to share this experience with you because it illustrates a big lesson about the irreplaceability of human foods in our diet, in spite of the popularized and passionate claims that plant foods can healthily replace animal foods for our species.

International location shoots, which included parts of England, France, Germany, Canada and the United States, for my first documentary The Perfect Human Diet™ began in the summer of 2006. At that time I was attending San Francisco State University to learn TV and Film production, with an emphasis on documentary production.
